We stop to say we thank you
As there is no other way
To tell you that we love you
On this Remembrance Day

A tear drops on the ocean
From a heart that cannot heal
A wound that keeps on bleeding
That only they can feel

Your memories we still cherish
Although time is passing by
No more we’ll see your youthful face
And we keep asking why

This is the final resting place
For Ardent and her crew
Their gallant fight was not in vain
Their likes there were but few

But one thing’s sure we won’t forget
The loss of such fine men
For every heart beat of our life
We will remember them
